30 Dalton Street Residences

Master planning and architectural design for new luxury residential tower in Boston

Collaborating architects Cambridge Seven Associates and Pei Cobb Freed & Partners teamed with the Pritzker Realty Group to design 30 Dalton. This new 26-story residential tower located near the Christian Science Center Plaza in Boston will feature 218 luxury rental units, below grade parking for up to 21 cars, and a ground floor retail space facing Belvidere Street. The building’s form is prismatic with a shallow curve facing Belvidere Street that is reminiscent of its taller neighbor, One Dalton, a 61-story high-rise also designed by C7A and PCF&P. Glass and pewter colored metal serve as the primary building materials for 30 Dalton used in a variety of patterns along the north, south, and west facades. The building is capped with terraces on the north and south faces overlooking the city. The lobby faces a new park on Dalton Street being constructed with the project.
